Who we are

We are artists. Our art is entertainment production. Our entertainment productions are more than a simple act or sideshow – they are experiences you will never forget. As experience architects we are driven to make your event, opening, gala, festival, activation etc. creative, unique and customized to you. What we produce is not separate from other aspects of your special occasion – we manage every detail so that the entertainment experience is both a highlight and a cohesive part of the entire event plan.

What we do

First, we create a unique vision to inform your event planning process – one that is not mass-produced, but specifically designed to suite your needs and venue. Once we develop the custom creative concept, we plan out every detail, step-by-step. We do not simply produce or book entertainment acts; we craft a holistic experience that reflects and complements the reason for your event. Finally, event execution brings the plan to life, creating a unique, memorable performance for your audience.

Why we do it

Our passion is to push past the boundaries of regular events and productions. Our intention is to be different, creating event experiences that are also different. As artists our goal is not only to achieve a perfect production, it’s the pleasure of creating a unique piece of entertainment art. That art will consist of moments that capture your audience’s attention, surprise them and inspire them in the way only live entertainment can. They’ll be moments they never forget.

We Are Creativiva.

Creative Concepts

It all starts with finding the right inspiration. The idea no one else has thought of, the event plan no one else has created. We help you determine the best experience for your needs, and then develop the creative concept perfect for you. This will serve as the big-picture plan for your unique entertainment production.

Designing Themes

Before we begin the event planning details, we develop a theme that suits the type of event (fashion show, retail activation, public or corporate event, brand launch etc.) and the audience attending it, while also reflecting your brand and what you want to say to your guests. The theme then informs every aspect of production planning from colours and costumes to music and setting.

Producing Programs

Once we have established the Creative Concept and Theme we start on the nitty-gritty details of event production. Our in-house team creates every component of the program. We craft a detailed, step-by-step project plan including: outfitting the venue (stage, square etc.), auditioning and hiring performers (dancers, acrobatics, actors etc.), designing the costumes and props, choosing music and sound, and bringing everything together with the Libretto and Dramaturgical Plan.

Stage + Costume Design

Unlike most agencies, which rent or buy stage props and costumes, we design and produce every outfit and platform for an entertainment production in-house. Each piece is specifically created for your event, reflecting the creative concept and theme.

Interactive + Innovative Technologies

As with everything else we produce, even the technology used to display your product, service or brand is custom. We design and order unique installations for your event production, with the interactive features that will encourage audiences to engage with you.

On-Site Direction

Once everything has been designed, created and produced we execute the event or production on-site from start to finish. Our expert team is in place to make sure the theme is clear and cohesive and every aspect of the production plan is flawlessly carried out.
